Arrived at airport 6:30am for my 8:30am flight to Beijing. Delayed 2 hours due to weather. No gate assignment yet. Received a voucher for a meal-a chocolate donut & coffee. ... time to queue again, the Ngong Ping cable car is the only way to get to the Tian Tan Buddha and monastery. After queuing and buying my rather expensive ticket I get on the see through glass based cable car for the twenty five minute trip up and over the mountains.
