... br> We have been walking 2-3 miles a day and were enjoying being outside until this past week. The cold weather is not fun so we've switched our walking to an inside track. Pretty boring circling a track 36 times but it's better than just becoming slugs. I get to start swimming again on December 1 and I am SO eager to get back in the water! Salty ocean water is preferable but hey...where are you going to find that in Illinois?

In San Francisco, at my amazing parking spot, something fell out of the car as I opened the back gate on a hill and it left me with that sharp funny bone pain. I walked it off and then I kept walking up hill and down hill, for days, and it got worse. Fun. Enough about that. I'm just hoping it gets better before the day after tomorrow when I leave for Sayner. Tonight we went out to eat with my non and sister ...

The start of this is not looking very good. I'm down with a cold a few days after thinking about how healthy I was how unique it was to be this healthy for this annual trip. But, alas, the Chicago winter has got me again. I'm done in with a headache, clogged sinuses, a bit of a temperature probably. I tried napping but it seems to be no use so up I lept to cold medicine. ...

      Flight delayed

A travel blog entry by nahury1 on Nov 14, 2012

My scheduled flight to Shanghai was delayed which would make me miss my flight to Bangkok. So working all the other options - found a way to go through Beijing to make it there as scheduled.

Glad I was flying first class - the staff in the lounge was able to pull it off. They even went and retagged my checked bag to the correct flights.
