... I could go on for pages about the experience of being here in the Niagara region. It is certainly such a beautiful place and if you can ever get the opportunity to visit please don’t let the opportunity pass. Those of you that have been here would certainly understand what I mean.

... was horrendous, so what should have been a 90 min trip took closer to 2 and half and we still weren't there. So she swung off that stupid highway and managed to find another road which lead directly to the falls area.
Wow the crowds were horrendous, as it was Canada's long weekend, so they were out in force to take in sights.
I was amazed to see both the American side of the falls within a short distance of the Niagara ones. ...

... to jump on the beds and take photo after photo. Slightly crazy, yes.

We wanted to make the most of our hotel room later on, so we grabbed our handbags, opted out of Starbucks and headed outside. There was quite a view of the falls right out the front of our hotel! I was gobsmacked. Sadly, we found it was quite the hike to get directly in front of them.

... own desserts?' and being told 'yes' I vote for the Bourbon pecan pie (it was not a ploy to avoid sharing :) - it too is 5* -- the restaurant is in the basement of an heritage building quite
rustic and beautiful -- the river (creek?) across the street is flooding - park benches are at risk
of becoming boats!

... pulled out the luggage then said that will be 75 quid and Stewart looked at him and said no we were told 50 and he was about to argue with Stewart and Stewart put on his strict voice and said that's all the cash we have mate take it or leave it and walked away with this driver trying to look serious and wanting to ring his boss so stewart said mate ring the hotel and take it up with them they told me how much and he walked away as the driver slammed his door and drove off. ...
