... Tai Chi on the beach – it was really fun but pretty funny because all the Chinese were just staring at us!

For supper we ate shark! It looked just like a chicken nugget but turned out to be "shay-ya" which apparently translates as shark! After that we needed some drinks so we headed to Druids and then onto a club.

On entering the club, on hindsight it was a bit odd that there were only Asian men and a couple of Chinese women ...

Confused, I turned to their teacher. “Oh, they want you to write it on their hands” she revealed, like it was totally normal! So I wrote my name on the palms of about 50 young children! ... Austin and Ian speak pretty good mandarin so we ordered the best food! We had some delicious ravioli (or like ravioli) with garlicky pork mince and spring onions in. Even sweet and sour chicken (although not exactly as we know it…) It had what appeared to be hundreds and thousands on it, but it taste more like tiny coloured strips of lard! We also had some cucumber in garlic – simple but very palatable. A delightful afternoon. ...
