      ... took a whole day tour to the Great Ocean Road. It was born pretty much of the same idea as the Blue Ridge Parkway , to provide jobs during the depression in Australia.       ... tunnels in the harbour.  Later I strolled on down to see the grand Sydney Opera House & Harbour bridge.       ... stop us from getting too bored. There was a stunt plane which flew around the harbour for a bit before it got dark.

      Then at 9pm there was the first set of fireworks for the families who couldn't stay until midnight. They were good and were a little teaser of what was to come.
