... a roof top bar which a guy in the information centre had informed us about. It was situated in an area known as 'The Rocks', the sort of place where you do not want to turn up wearing jogging bottoms and a tshirt. ... for a decent meal! Yikes! I've then explored the area, there's a lovely little park nearby, the sun is out and it's quiet. That is apart from the noise the cockatoo's make. It's so weird to have parrots fly around like there normal. After this I then realise the enormity of the blue mountains. ... be interesting. It was a small exhibit of photos from 1970-71 of Kings Cross by Rennie Ellis. ... at the hostel first. The guy doing it is a typical surfer crossed with a hippy drop out vibe, not an ounce of fat and blonde hair passed his shoulders. It doesn't take very long in the end.
