... The ocean as we came close to port was filled with garbage and the rivers, lakes and streams are equally dirty. But they all have cars or scooters and the roads are clogged with traffic. Getting from point a to b, only 10 miles, took almost 2 hours in 100 degree weather with an inefficient air conditioner in the van.
