... smoked fish with raw vegies sour dough bread and dip. That was good choice given the tasty breakfast at the diner, bacon, eggs, Texas fries and pan cakes. The upside of that is that there has been a lot of walking in between meals. So far I have seen no International Roast on the shelves, but here hoping. As I keep on saying the country air in Chippawa puts us in a sound sleep and we feel rested and refreshed the next day. My problems is I have a body clock that wakes me at 5.30am no matter what time I go to bed where with Richard he can sleep for 24 hours with no problems.
