Today was my first day at Harborview & it was an early start! I got the bus with Kate (my host & the manager of outpatients) at 6.45 into downtown and walked up the steepest hills for 3 blocks to get to the hospital. It certainly woke me up! Had a bit of a lie in - not out of bed until 8am luxury!! Nice continental breakfast provided by hotel lots of fresh fruit and the customary cold boiled egg (really not sure what that is all about but I'm not complaining I liked boiled eggs).
