    ... the Vietnam and Korea wars, and have current displays there. Wow, I took a tour through the B17, the principle bomber of WWII, and it look to be like a flying junk yard.     ... native Americans, flood it. Maybe not.

    But that created the urgent need for a dam, which created the Hoover Dam in Black Canyon. The Salton Sea became a resort area with upscale communities springing up on its edges, but as the sea has no natural influx, it has receded over the decades, leaving it briny, unfit for fish or anything else, and the towns virtually abandoned. Interesting to see them, but pitiful just the same.

    ... who, coincidentally, quit their jobs at the refinery in Anacortes, came to Arizona and bought this place ("for something to do"). They have a nice pool, but that's about it.
