... on the alcohol, we were also introduced to a tradition of bars opening at 6 and graduates and their parents starting the drinking at this time. So after several beers most of us had a group toothbrushing session, one of the most ridiculous things that has happened before, and eagerly got into a nice drunken slumber, only to be woken up by Thomas at half five, with home made Bloody Marys.

... postcard perfect. The weather for the past two - three days has been exceptionally hot even for California at this time of year. We unpack and drive down to the town of San Luis Obispo. ... downtown LA" as it was nearest area to my hotel and I only had the afternoon. My driver dropped me off near one of the stops for that loop. I saw a food court and headed in for lunch, it was a fairly small one but contained a vege Mexican style cafe & I had vegan taquitos and a vege juice - delicious. I strolled around.
