So I've covered the north island and after a 4 hour ferry trip playing cards, and listening to a very strange Asian lady hum/squeal somewhere over the rainbow, our bus rolled onto the South Island. The South Island had incredible scenery with incredible mountains everywhere and some snow. However this didn't deter the tripod persevering with flip flops and shorts!! Then we drove through Minneapolis looking at the University and other buildings, and on to the Mall of America. This is the biggest mall in USA and is huge, we really only looked at a small portion of it. Had lunch in The Rain Forest which is a jungle themed shop and restaurant. The ...

... I am not a really fishy person.

This morning we got up early to head back to the RV shop to have a few things fixed and then we were going to hit the road. When we went to hook up, the hitch wouldn't work. What a hassle we had trying to get the trailer hitched and unhitched.
