    ... see if they'll let us in free..& serendipitously they did ! Nice building ( no art as changeover) but with awedome rooftop bar and open air barbecue being fired up... then walked along Cherry Creek which is small canal with towpath ... People paddling and spotting for fish in the shade below the road and rail bridges, very clean and tranquil considering the location! The creek gave out to the small Platte river with beautiful landscaped walk ...

    Friendly Denver, as we cross from East to West the people seem to be nicer, more friendly. The mega grey hound trip up here was a bit of a killer but seen some spectacular scenery passing through north New Mexico and of the Rocky Mountains. Stopping in Amarillo which was just like Weston-super-mare, Denver city is nice, road the tram out to are hotel on the outskirts ...

    ... happy and fulfilled. Why on earth would I set myself up for more failure, and that is not me being negative just me being a realist.
