... One of the things we enjoyed was a tour of the Wm A. Irvin. It was an iron ore freighter that was built in 1938 and sailed the Great Lakes. This freighter had staterooms and a dining room to accommodate guests. We are now in Park Rapids with Mike and Anita to work on the details of the trip to Alaska. We just heard there are a lot of wild fires. But thanks to my friend Brenda that sent me a link to track the location of the fires, we should be OK. Till next time. ...
