... morning we walked for an hour, exploring the trails and every evening the sun broke through just enough for spectacular skies. I had the place entirely to myself and it was perfect.

It was rainy and cold both mornings, so we stayed in and I read while Addie napped. But we got a couple of hours of no-rain/some sun both days so we did a little adventuring. Monday we hiked in the White Mountains and Tuesday we drove up into ...

On our New England portion of our adventure, we saw some of our newest friends, the Kruzels, and then we had the wonderful opportunity to see Michelle, Tony (her husband) and David (her brother). Michelle is one of my best friends whom I've known since I was 6 years old!

We drove to Easthampton from the Cape with the beautiful fall foliage of New England. It wasn't yet at it's peak but it was still an awesome sight and a very rare treat for us.
