And now, the trip is done. The sand is far away. We are deeply immersed in the fun and games of Fat Toad Farm but thankful to everyone that made this trip possible and a special thanks to LaDawn and Proctor for their most excellent ...

Just doesn't get any better than starting your day by going to a Ben & Jerry's factory and tasting ice cream. What a success story. We really enjoyed the tour of the factory. I was surprised to learn they freeze all of the ingredients before they put them in the ice cream. If they would not do that, the items would just blend in with the ice cream. Our sample was a caramel ice cream with caramel and chocolate swirls ...

... to the town of Stowe where Casey's priority mission of the day was to visit the Stowe Farmers Market. The vendors present represented a wide variety of items ranging from the Afghan-Pakistan food to the locally hand-crafted Mead (Artesano). Of course tasting was required, so after tasting their 3 varieties, we selected the spiced one! There were lots of local cheeses and meats and bakery items – all fully organic of course. We filled our ...
