As our trip came to an end, and the heat wave continued, Friday was 36 degrees and humid, we just couldn't find the time or energy to squeeze in a bike ride around Central Park or across the Brooklyn bridge. Okay, so maybe our sunblock should have been applied more often. Three of us are pretty burnt on the back and the two youngest are just a tiny bit pink. We were fooled because it was so cool on the beach. You don't realize you are getting burned. Oh well. It's not super bad. We will learn our lesson for tomorrow at Disneyland.
