    ... surprised and spoiled me, by booking us Jacuzzi rooms at the Oaks Niagara Falls Hotel. What an amazing view our rooms had over the falls. After taking in the views and having a shower to freshen up after such a big day, we headed over to the Niagara Casino for dinner. My shout this time.     ... We'd planned on getting the Hornblower Cruise (formerly Maid of the Mist) that takes you right up to the falls, as soon as we got there to give us enough time to find a pub for the football later. We queued up, bought our tickets and before we knew it, we were being given our bright red poncho's as a bit of protection from the mist.     ... coats....and sometimes even snowpants!! Flipflops, aka thongs, and a brolly are so much faster!!
    The length of time it takes to get outta the house now amazes me, forget it if you have to shovel your way through the snow too.

    Snow does have it's perks: snowmen, snow angels, skating and skiing. Once you adjust to the cold...still don't think I'm there yet!!
