    ... hollow!! But...the first impressions of thinking that this was going to be a gastronomical jackpot and a highlite of this trip - turned out to be disappointingly mediocre for a vegetarian who likes simple, nutritional and authentic tasting food. What it started tasting like, was overcooked institutional food...and I guess that was to be expected given the numbers they have to cook for!!For the meat eater - it looked like bonanza menus...and I think they did ...

    ... immediately and it took us to our hotel in surf side. Our room was not ready yet, so we snoozed out by the pool on the sun lounges and in the hammock.     ... to sell mine to the girl working for escape, she got a bargain as the bike cost $260 and i sold it to her for $100. Im going to miss that bike! She wanted to take it the next day as she had no money on her but i asked if we could keep the bikes there for the night to save us having to take them over to the hostel today and back tomorrow.
