Have packing on my brain and so much to do that I woke up at 3:30 am. Too tired to be productive, so I ended up exploring blogging sites for my upcoming travels. After being confused over pros and cons of WordPress and SquareSpace, I found this TravelPod, which should be perfect as it has travel in its name and my travel is what I plan to document.

... a huge water trough outside that takes a little while to clean and filll along with auto feeders in each of their four barns through which I have to navigate three separate gates each with different chain locks.... The sheep scatter like marbles when you come through but the goats generally stand their ground and just look at you and wait for their a chance to beat you through the gate. ...

... etc. There is a pen up the back so we have to first get the pig into the pen and tether it to the metal fence post. The pigs are not compliant or docile and it is a mob and a half to even get them in there. They are enticed in with food though ...of course. In four hours we were only able to check four pigs. Each check involves using the pliers to trim hoof nails and the rasp and electric file to smooth them down, cleaning ears inside and out ...
