The morning of New Years Eve, we jumped in the car with Sasha and set out to see some more of Connecticut. We saw adorable town after adorable town, and had lunch at an old fashioned general store near Goshen. We drove through Cornwall, a perfect little town with a 200 year old covered bridge. Norman Rockwell was probably the greatest illustrator of twentieth century in America, depicting patriotic themes during war and small town life – some real Americana. Rockwell's work was mostly from an era before mine, and Rockwell died in 1978.
