... alas, still no car was hired. Tour was interesting enough. The whole open-air experience got a bit tiring after the first hour. I really don't understand people with convertibles. How is this enjoyable? Saw some interesting v-shaped razor spikes hidden under a hedge on Bruno Mars' fence. Insert pun about Locked Out of Heaven here. The weather is the best we've had, consistently pleasant, especially in the morning and the evening, no wind. This city seems to have a very laid back feel probably because it has a beautiful beach nearby.

... s crown jewel. It is a place to see and be seen and one in which a little knowledge of Hollywood gossip goes a long way. It’s also a place where 80’s moves and bright clothing will elicit stares and awkward looks. Try and guess how I was dressed? Roy, Jenny and I re- defined the Abbey with our “Lorde” like attitude. “We will never be Royale, Royale, it’s not in our blood; this kind of love’s just not for us, we crave ...

... Because of the way the world has divvied out power it makes it possible for us to completely overpower other things which is not totally fair. The people of the oasis are in great debt to the hawks because otherwise they would have all died and been slaughtered for no reason. It shows me just how unfair and cruel the world can be just because of the balance of power.
