    We're in the quaint little town of Williams which is the sort of jump off point for the Grand Canyon excursions. We chose here as we really want to experience nature at it's best. The pictures I've seen so far are awesome.

    ... by represented by some of the surviving motels and cafés. Mr D's is really cool, a colourful diner with 60s music playing in the background. We share a full rack of ribs that comes with soup, mash and veggies. I wash it down with a chocolate malt and we are stuffed driving home.

    Its a night spent working on pics and catching up on blogs with Full House on in the background. Tomorrow we head to the Grand Canyon.

    We did, of course, make it to In N Out burger.. Neither of us have them in our home towns so we HAD to go. They make 'grilled cheese' (available on the secret menu) so, no, we didn't eat red meat ;-P It was delish!

    Tomorrow is a long day of driving, uphill... but maybe the wind will be at our backs this time... Gallup, NM tomorrow!
