... Perhaps I begin with the opportunity dropped in my lap by people I enjoy working with, to help a company that has done much for my development and career.

Also, not sure if you've heard, but traveling costs money and working will provide money.

... the canal freezes over for 3 months of the year and all trade has to stop. People lined the shore to take it al in.

The kids got to play in the adjoining park, skip some pebbles on the surface of the lake with popcorn and shaved ice in hand before going to the local arcade for a few hours of unlimited laser tag, mini golf and baseball hitting range. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I was beaten by the kids at every activity I tried. ...

... stop I would go to had a sign saying that no bus was stopping there because of road closures in the downtown area. Thanks to Google maps I eventually did get to a bus stop that had my number on it. I was really lucky cause I got on JUST as the driver was about to pull off from the kerb! The bus ride took about 35 minutes and I then went to explore Minnehaha Park and the falls as well. Today was super hot. 31 degrees. Did not enjoy walking in the sun... Especially cause I stupidly ...
