But flu symptoms and flying for 27 hours were not a combination he really wanted to try, so he is staying home for the day. Hopefully it's a short lived bug and he is able to join us shortly! Greg, Cari, Paul and Jan should be in Australia by this time. Today it is Mom, George and myself making the trek! Wish us luck!

We are truly going to miss this place and these wonderful people we are lucky enough to call family. We are starting to make plans for a family reunion in three years. We are using Suzi's big 5-0 as the excuse. She wants to rent house boats on a lake in California, so that is what we will start working on. Be prepared family, you are all expected to be in attendance!!!

Jeni and I spent the evening sipping marguerita's and chatting until after one in the morning. The coyotes in the hills came out and howled for us. I guess they wanted us to go to bed.
I really wish I had taken some photos today, but I don't think I picked up the big camera all day :-(
