      Drove and stopped in Palm Springs, today to see the crazy town, which is Palm Springs we had a lovely walk around the town then had this lovely lunch in a crazy diner in the centre of town, we drove around in campy checking out all the gold clubs and beautiful green grass in the middle of the desert ! ( seriously it's insane !!! ) we then drove to a little town called acton where we met some lovely locals for our final night in campy ...

      Woke up, as usual, showered and had breakfast, conflakes and coffee, I much prefer this to sausage and bacon. Had a chat with the Frenchies about todays events and picked up the Merc.       ... checked on the way into the campsite and we are patted down as well, the same thing happens when we enter the arena. We also have wrist bands with an electronic tag on it which we have to tap in and out of the campsite and arena. Our camping area is marked and numbered, we have exactly 10 x 15 ft which we cannot allow our tents to go over and there's secrurity guards everywhere! In the arena alcohol is restricted to the 3 beer ...
