    ... After a while it got too cold and we had some lunch in a cafe. There were some different things on the menu that I has never heard of, like onion rings and chilli cheese fries.     ... away like we have known each other for years! good times. We exchange business cards and plan to keep in touch.

    Time to go! ... back to the hotel and a good nights sleep, we have two more legs of the trip to go and the next one is the biggest.. from Longmont to Great Falls Montana! Yup i said it!!

    We want to get as far north as we can so we have a short trip the next day and we can get home at a good time on Sat.

    ... We enjoyed sharing our flight with the Royal Air Force Rugby Team on their way to the Gold Cup Championships this week in Denver. The flight was long and we were tired. We slept, watched movies, read books and drank tea. It was nice to finally be back in Denver, but we were not quite ready for our vacation to end.     ... to why Kansas has so many tornados. We stopped at a gas station and my gas cap blew away in the wind. I had to go running after it.

  • Speaking of wind...MULTIPLE tumbleweeds crossed our path as we were driving. Tumbleweeds. In real life. Oh kansas.
  • The only thing that was kind of cool on this drive were the windmills.....there were a lot of them because there isn't a lot of anything else.
