Wed Oct 1st drove out to Promontory Summit location of the Central Pacific & Union Pacific Railroads met on May 10, 1869.

From Glacier, we made our way down through Idaho and went to Craters of the Moon, seeing lava fields, cinder cones and spatter cones.
