On our day trip with Bill and Clemente we hit three spots the last of which was Santa Barbara. The guys remember when there were as many as eight different antique shops on the main drag. This trip, the city is down to one. It was chock a block full of goodies but not what we were searching for.

Jumping back on the trolley bus we went to do some wine tasting at a local vineyard's tasting house. Needless to say we came away with a bottle of C******nay and a Pinot Noir. The C******nay will be consumed this evening on the porch at the Hotel and we will keep the Pinot Noir for Hawaii.

A thoroughly enjoyable, chilled out day in Santa Barbara. Back to Los Angeles tomorrow where we will try to see a bit more of Hollywood etc.

... hot for spring here. I decided to go to the beach, since I didn't go last weekend. To make the most of it, I also did some shopping while I was downtown. For dinner, I stopped at Mcdonald's. While I was eating, I heard a guy screaming at another guy. I looked up to see what was happening and two men, one who was about 20 years old and the other, about sixty years old, were arguing over something. I am pretty ...
