... Austin, we were able to stay with my parents for a few months and help them fix up their house in the country while we finished tying up some loose ends. We had a great time with our family, attending the children’s school events, watching the newest members of our family grow up too quickly, and just get to know our family a little bit better. Today is Presidents' Day which is officially a federal holiday. Everything apart from the government offices seems to work normally, and a few of the galleries and museums are free for this one day.
