    I had made it to Andrea's safely so the next thing I needed to do was get organised and plan what I intended to do over here. We eat a the old Spaghetti factory what a deal your entree includes soup or salad , ice cream and fresh bread for a 3 course meal including ocktail, beer and the most amazing cheese garlic bread $50 it was one of the best meals I've Ever ...

    ... on and rolled into San Diego - just in time for the traffic from the Rock 'N Roll Marathon (our initial thought was that the President might be in town!). After an hour of navigating we parked and began a walking tour of downtown.

    First stop lunch and this time it's Holly's turn - mediterranean. We sat outside and listened to a band play although the weather was cooler than expected; high 60s. But how refreshing after 90s/100s.

    The evening consisted of Pizza and beers! brilliant, we went to Pizza Port, where everyone sat on benches and had beer in a big jug like off of the movies! was brilliant. The pizza's were very yummy, and we did the typical American thing and went up the road for pudding! Pizza Port was nice, but a bit like a noisy sports bar, so possibly not ...
