        ... late. The grounds had hot water showers, which was nice. It rained here pretty hard, so I was back to the campgrounds and slept in my tent.         ... a gang of tankers lined up to head out to sea. It's pretty, and a nice small town. While most things weren't open on Christmas day, the downtown is obviously trying to make up for the closed canneries and lost lumber jobs by catering to the tourists. There were many restaurants, gift shops, theaters, and such.

        ... so I could take some photographs. Lots of pretty little beach houses with lovely gardens. I think they have a speed problem, as there are signs everywhere to “slow down”, here are only a few and I think one person is really trying to make a point with his entire fence posted with signs!
