    For the weekend all of the volonteers went back to Chengdu. It was real nice to finally have access to normal 'western' toilets and a proper shower again!

    Friday night we went to the night market; ate some random street food and noodles, and enjoyed ourselves looking at all the little souvenir shops :)

    ... night sleep we pottered around then went for our cooking class.

    We cooked up 3 meals, Sliced blackbean pork, & Kong Pao Chicken & a noodle dish cause we love noodles haha. It was really good we got to see what kind of spices n stuff were used - we are hitting china supermarkets when we get back home to make these - so easy when you know how.
