We have arrived in Hong Kong and waiting to board our flight to London. Lucy and I had the coolest little meals last night. I tried chicken and rice for something different and Lucy had pasta. On the way to the next stop we passed the Hong Kong Cemetery. Hong Kong is very overcrowded with limited space and burial of the dead can be a problem. Lots of Chinese are concerned about cremation and so a practice known as 50/50 is practiced whereby the dead are buried for 7 years then exhumed and cremated thereby vacating their grave for use by another occupant!
