    ... timing, lighting. He was a natural teacher and talker. I had planned on seeing the waterfalls around Diamond Lake the following day, then heading to the coast.     ... We aren't sure if it was the stress of the morning drive mixed with how hungry we were, or if everything was really that good, but trust us when we say we NEEDED that food. Pasta Piatti is HIGHLY recommended if you are ever checking out the area.

    Tomorrow, the weather is slated to improve throughout the region. We are planning to make it to Vancouver, WA, but as we have seen with the past two days- it all depends on what Mother Nature has up her sleeve.
