I really, REALLY do wish for you all to ...

Okay, so Sunday morning brought breakfast and the announcement that we'd be taking a bike tour of West Lake...now, I haven't ridden a bike for any great distance for....ever. I learned how to ride when I was younger, I just never needed to ride for any distance so I never got big on it...now about 14 years later I was asked ...

Wandering the gardens and cruising the lake

A travel blog entry by leanneroles on Apr 09, 2012

Hangzhou is a very pretty city with beautiful gardens planted on every square inch of available land. The city surrounds the West Lake where we saw at least fifty brides having their wedding photos taken. Unfortunately what detracts from the city is their massive traffic problems. Every time we got in the car we would sit in a traffic jam somewhere. Very tedious! Hard to find a quiet ...
