The first whale was spotted way off the normal track and when we got to the feeding ground we had 7-9 whales feeding. I am v proud of James' video that he took and have included it with some ropey stills. Also great views of the lighthouses and dunes. ... island. The Gay Head Cliffs and lighthouse are at the far end of the island. The lighthouse is one of America's most endangered historic places due to the fact that the cliffs are eroding away beneath it. Really nothing more exciting today except that Tom has relinquished the driving to me as he is better with maps. I needlessly inspired great confidence by mixing up accelerator and break but ok since then!
