... to stay. For five miles we passed nothing but holiday homes and condos, then we reached Long Branch, and spotted a Motel sign right next to the beach. A laconic guy showed us a room and gave a discount for cash. Within walking distance was an area of shops and restaurants, mostly upmarket for a nearby spa resort, but we found a reasonable diner. Walked back along the beach with the moon over the ...

I continued my walk to adjacent Asbury Park, one of the major beach honky-tonk resorts full one boardwalk pinball and gaming arcades, amusement park rides, cotton candy vendors, haunted funhouses, and summer crowds when I was a kid. Food allergies are such a blessing ...

I was in a traffic jam on a freeway that runs north-south past New York, inching my way south. In amongst all those tight, tall buildings, the stupid woman who lives inside the GPS in my iPhone lost her mind and told me to exit. I don't know New York well enough to argue with her, so I did ...

Today was anything but ordinary. We began with the smallest venue yet, meaning it had the smallest dock as well. It only allowed for one truck to unload at a time, and that one had to be unloaded by forklift because there was no trailer unloading depression. We didn't start the LED wall until after 1pm and I didn't get to my DL side screens until around 3pm.
Once we were loaded in, we did our typical sound checks and everything ...
