... while we watched some of the Republican candidates debate.

Our New Jersey visit has come to an end and we have a whole new perspective and respect for the people and places. On the map, it looks like NJ is about half forests and preserves. The Jersey shores are pristine, well loved and used. It was a great visit and the Nydams helped make it great fun!

... we finish our run how much more motivated we are because of the movie Southpaw, even Aaron is training harder than I've seen since our trip began, haha. We finish our workout, have a few drinks, shower and enjoy some of our bakery goods for dessert. The grass on the tee box was three inches high, there were large tufts of grass in the bunkers, the bunker rakes were tiny with large gaps between the teeth, the fairways looked like they had cabbage growing in them, and the grass on the greens was as thick and high as we've ever seen it. And we haven't mentioned yet the ground hogs that were everywhere.

... trails. This is a muliti use park which is huge, there is even an archery range, soccer fields, playgrounds, bike trails and horse trails. The campground is easy to get to off of 195. ... Store is open most of the year and the store keeper told us about the history of this village. Some of the buildings were open to look into but with gates up. In the summer interpreters dressed in clothing of that time walk around and answer any questions. There is a Visitor Center with exhibits and many programs offered throughout the summer.
