Whilst in space astronauts have to exercise 3 hours per day so that their muscles don't come rely relax, that then reduces their rehab time to around 3 days once they arrive back on earth.     ... porch and watched the herd move closer and closer to us. The boys started the braai (bbq for the aussies) coals and all and we celebrated the sunset together. It got a bit colder and the basketball had started so we came inside and waited until our chefs had prepared our meals. We had a nice family dinner at the table and headed into the lounge to finish watching the basketball. A nice relaxing evening to a lovely day.
