Well, we've been in Potlatch since Sunday (8/17) as we left Anacortes on Sunday morning.

Potlatch is situated on Puget Sound's Hood Canal as you enter the absolutely beautiful Peninsula of Washington. The RV resort we are staying in - the Waterfront at Potlatch is owned by the Skokomish Tribe of Washington. It's a small resort which …

Larry and I had the opportunity to add a blast of fireworks to top off an already fabulous event.

The next bus was much the same - hoping and praying that there were no bikes on the front of the bus when it appeared and then staring straight ahead to make sure you didn't catch the eye of any of the other passengers. We felt a tinge of guilt as ...

We are over the 10,000 kms. for this trip but won't make the 11,000 unless we do a lot of detours. Today was pretty much a driving day and we were doing well until exit 306B of I-5 with only 4 miles or so to Washington State... a reader board alerted drivers to a crash on the I-5 Interstate Bridge and right lane closed ahead. Traffic came to a crawl and at a few points stalled altogether.... it was 1:40pm and by the time we got across the bridge it was 2:48 pm or so. After ...
