The weather has changed. It's no longer 88 degrees and muggy, its 70 degrees and raining. Jil has had a desire to visit Amelia Island so we pack a lunch and off we go.

Amelia island is known for its distinctive large sand dunes. We looked a long time to find them and came to realize the most of the dunes have trees and other foliage growing on them. They are there, just sort of camouflaged.
