    ... trip also marked the end of our true adventure and we headed to Townsville to spend time with Family and friends and start our integration back into society.

    It was great to spend Simone’s birthday with her parents and they also had plenty of grandchildren time. Washing of the Trailer and Car took one day each and we still can not believe how white the trailer actually is.

    2 weeks left......boooooo!!!!!

    ... size, thank god they didn't look under the bonnet, I assured them he was all legal in Tas , they basically told me to bugger off or they would book me, they were pretty good actually and had a bit of a chat about where I was going.
    was only going to go as far Charters towers and stop but ended up pushing on to Townsville, found myself a bed for the night and treated myself to a meal in a restaurant , pan fried reef snapper in creamy garlic butter sauce, mmm ...

    ... it was time to go, I was given the last three bags of mackerel fillets. Another score! Nome is a complete contrast to Wongaling, climate-wise. It is very dry and dusty. Apparently Townsville has had almost no rain this year and it shows. The park is alright but not as nice as we expected from the reviews.
