The town wanted to build a larger facility but could not get the jays franchise to contribute any money into the project threatening, even at that time to head to Phoenix! and the smaller town was stretched to its limits so could only build the present stadium seating just over 5000 seats...they are sold out most spring training seats ...but in talking to many visitors who can't get ...

      ... like oranges and grapefruit. They have great short films and displays worth checking out.
      Oddly enough you don't see much transit activity anywhere down here...seems to be very much a car culture with everyone driving and very little carpooling it seems..
      There are many restaurants around the few blocks and we chose to eat dinner at Thai Thani....Pad Thai ,spring rolls and an peppered steak stir fry filled the void! ...

      ... we walked, cycled, and had a picnic at the preserve. I jetted back to Toronto for a day and they continued to party in my absence.
      We squeezed in brunch with Glynnis and Trevor in Indian Shores on our way to PIE to get Beth. They are truly living the life down here all winter. The only thing bringing them back to Canada is a new hip for Glynnis this April.

      ... the ground next to it was a decaying minnow. It rained cats and dogs in Louisiana so I assume in Florida the fish was the precipitation of choice. I didn’t have any desires of peeling the fish off of the unit so decided this would be its final resting spot.
