We drove to Lake Washington and went on an airboat ride. It was a small boat without a roof and it had a big propeller on the back like a plane. It went really fast and could go over low bridges and through the reeds and bushes. We saw some alligators.

... camping at windy Mammoth in Yellowstone, I tied the tent in such a tight fashion that it wouldn't collapse in the constant wind. So far it is holding up, but every sound I hear, I imagine is a tear in the fabric. Plan B if it gets too windy or cold for the baby is a few feet away in our van.
