When we got there we were told that our flight was not listed and that we had been rescheduled to 5.30, one hour later. All was well. Karen let us know her baby was on the way - would it beat us? Our flight from San Francisco was late leaving as someone ...

... along the queue!). Second criticism - 17 people should not be the capacity limit for a pubclub that stretches half a block. It was ridiculous but we got in eventually. We had a great night. Highlight for me was teaching Diana the most important Irish phrases of ´´Mise freisin´ and ´Deanfainn´ Absolute comic genius from Lady Di at the bus stop when Tara goes ´I can´t speak any irish´only for Diana to reply - Mise freisin. The contextual accuracy ...

... to depart there. The flight was comfortable, this plane was a 767 and much better than the 757 we flew out in.

We had dressed for Yorkshire weather (about 45 degrees that morning) so the 4 hours at Ohare in 90 degree weather was a shock. By the time we boarded the flight to PDX, we were both hot, tired and possibly a little cranky from hauling the heavy carry-ons through customs, change of terminals and the long wait. ...
