... that mixture onto the salmon.

Our grilled salmon, with its fancy and fresh herb butter, along with steamed broccoli and brown rice made for a delicious dinner.
After dinner we diced a little tomato and cucumber, washed some lettuce, bagged up a bunch of carrots, spooned hummus into a ziplock bag (messy!), basically got all of our lunch ready for tomorrow.

Looking forward to seeing the Wizarding World of Harry Potter!
But now it's late and time for bed...

... we thought we were heading for Fantasy land but got a bit lost and ended on the edge of Frontier land. So we backtracked a little, past the new Dwarf's Mine ride, and found ourselves at the top of the hill at Gaston's tavern. I had a chocolate croissant and we shared a drink. By now it was 2.45. Fortunately we checked the 'what's on when' sheet we'd picked up in the bus and found that the main parade was on at 3pm in front of the Castle half way down the hill. So ...

... see about reimbursement in the morning. By the way, we are staying at this time share resort, and these people have a time share here. Anyway, we get a call from front desk next morning, apologizing over the confusion & miss communication and they r reimbursing us for cab. Apparently we had to go to The Transport Centre at Magic Kingdom to get home from Epcot. No idea why, when lots of other buses run to & fro from here. Just doesn't make sense. Not happy ...

... visit the 3D ride 'It's Tough To Be A Bug' based on the insects from Disney Pixar's 'A Bugs Life'. We put on our 3D bug eyes complete with antennae and found a good seat near the front. Having visited plenty of times I knew exactly what was to come but the ending caught Ollie slightly off guard!
