      ... The other two cooking were also a father - son team, so everything went smoothly.
      Our day started around 8:30 am with preparing the meat for cooking, and completing all the pre-cooking prep work. Had a quick lunch of fish tacos about 12:30 and then started the actual cooking process. Fires hot by 3 PM and the beef was on to cook.

      ... game of mario cart, we approached a viewing point that I had made a note of in my itinerary. The Elephant Seals. Huge tons of stinky blubber just placed on an open beach. An amazing site. But it was getting late and the sun was going down. Our journey still seemed a bit of a distance before we stopped at our next hotel.       ... tasted a bit different. Found out it was not green pepper but a cactus. Something else I have not had before. The main special was lobster, bot no local, so didn't try it.
