... for this trip was 52 1/2 miles walked. Not bad.
Dinner tonight was back at the Village for a steak grinder and some fruit. We carried it back and ate in our room. We are ready to go home tomorrow!

Today the day started with just clouds, no rain in site. Had breakfast again at the Inn and hit the walking trail early. We decided to just let our feet direct the way. We walked towards Ogunquit Beach and noticed some side roads, so we kept following different roads as we kept the ocean in our view.

We watched the sky, looking for the thunderheads that were suppose to be coming. We continued our walk back to the Inn and still no rain.
This evening we thought we would trek over to Jonathan's, a restaurant within feet of Meadowmere. We normally sit at the bar (long story on this one, ...
... are a few small beaches along Marginal Way, some with lifeguards even.
One of our favorite places for lunch is Barnacle Billy's Etc. This place is noted for its Rum Punch and onion rings. We have had rum punches in many, many places and no establishment makes it like Billy's. The onion rings are the best in the world as well.

We walked way down to almost the end of the beach and decided to take some side streets back and wind our way back to the main road. Again, the homes are beautiful. It must be the salt air that feeds into these gardens.
