... rken und warteten dann auf den nächsten Bus. Somit konnte man den Zoo in 40 Minuten bzw. im Expressbus in 20 Minuten erledigen. Martin machte noch Witze, dass es bestimmt auch einen Bus vom Parkplatz bis zum Eingang gibt und ich entdeckte dann, dass es das tatsächlich gab!

...after being awake and on the road for more than 24 hours (with tiny little naps in between) I finally made it to San Diego and then just quickly picking up the new ride for the next two months. Transit System (which covers all of SE California) runs one of their trains right behind our resort so it was very handy for the 7 mile ride to downtown San Diego (for $5, you could ride it all day). Once there, we jumped onto the Old Town Trolley for a narrated bus ride throughout the city - you could jump off, walk around and catch another bus every 30 minutes.
