          The other benefit of moving inland was also that the weather improved and the rain stopped, the sun even made a few appearances.

          ... the same. And could there be value in that? Say for advertising if you have a voice that sounds just like a well-known pitchman or woman… Say you can find a wannabe disc jockey who nature just happened to give an identical sounding voice to Howard Stern. Would the value of the original person's voice depreciate? I think of past movies like how in T2 the Terminator could affect the sound of anyone's voice it wanted.
